Pinot Grigio

Located in the Alto Adige and Val Adige regions, in the northeast corner of Italy near Austria, Altanuta is created from grapes grown on rugged, mountainous slopes. It is the combination of high altitude air, soil composition and close proximity to the sun’s rays that gives Altanuta Pinot Grigio its rich body and crisp, refreshing flavor.

Tasting Notes: Creamy with yellow fruit, dried apricot, to which spicy, herbaceous notes mingle. It has a solid ripe acidity structure, which makes it lively and refreshing, with a long finish.

Food Pairings: All kinds of non-grilled seafood, white meat, and white pasta dishes. It complements beautifully with soft mild cheeses. Also, recommended as an aperitif. Serve well-chilled.

Pinot Nero

Altanuta Pinot Nero is crafted with grapes grown 1,000 feet above sea level,in the rich soils of the Adige Valley. Refined and elegant, Pinot Nero is the native Italian version of Pinot Noir.

Elevate your tastes by pairing this fruit-driven wine with modern fusion and Asian-style cuisine.

Tasting Notes: The refined, elegant character of Altanuta Pinot Nero is red fruit-driven with notes of cherries, raspberries, hints of violets and mint tied to ripe, soft and subtle tannins.

Food Pairing: Goes wonderfully with modern Western, Asian-style and fusion cuisine. Serve cellar temperature at 55 degrees F.
